Soft enclosures RIZUR for shut-off and control valves were specifically created to be used with shut-off and control valves and X-mas tree equipment in extreme conditions. They provide protection from harmful weather conditions such as rain, snow, wind, and direct sunlight. They protect against corrosive substances while keeping inner temperatures constant so that they can perform regardless of hostile environments.
Enclosures are composed in multi-layer setup and constructed of flame-retardant and antistatic material. Space may be left for a thermal insulator between the inner and outer layers based on functional requirements. Freeze-proof Velcro fasteners allow for easy assembly and disassembly without the functional operations being subjected to interruption. Cables and tubing are inserted into special sleeves to provide a protective as much as safe fit.
To maintain control of the internal temperature to the desired level, various heating elements can be incorporated. Among the available heating cables are self-regulating or resistive heating cables such as RIZUR-ONP, RIZUR-OShA, and RIZUR-TERM. They are approved heating cables that can be customized specifically according to individual specifications. The product configuration shields equipment from the effects of harsh and unfavorable temperatures.
