Products Details
The Janitza 20CM-CT6 Rail Current Transformer is a compact and efficient solution for monitoring both operating and residual currents. Built to be mounted on the UMG 20CM measuring device, this transformer features six measured values in one device and supports simultaneous acquisition and processing of electrical values. Its mounting structure on a DIN rail enables it to be effortlessly mounted on distribution outlets of any consumer and system. Parallel measured value acquisition and processing support is accessible with the device for improved efficiency of current monitoring operations.
With built-in current transformers, it supports residual current detection to IEC 60755 type A standards. All six channels are independently configurable for operating or residual current measurement, providing flexibility for some monitoring applications. Its small size not only reduces the space required but also makes installation easier, making it ideal for most applications in industrial environments, data centers, and commercial buildings.
Janitza 20CM-CT6 is an expansion of the UMG 20CM base unit that provides the ability to install a maximum of 16 modules of six channels each, providing a maximum of 96 channels. Data of all modules are available through the UMG 20CM, and internal communication and power supply are provided through a CAN bus interface. The module has memory for historical variables and RCM diagnostic variables internally, which improves its monitoring ability. Technically, the 20CM-CT6 is compact in size, measuring 174 mm in width, 45 mm in height, and 56 mm in depth, and weighing 300 grams.
Janitza 20CM-CT6 Rail Current Transformer has a 700/1 gear ratio and an accuracy class of 1, which is accurate measurement. It can be mounted on DIN rail, so it is a straightforward solution for most electrical monitoring applications.
